Our old soffits started to fall down around the perimeter of the house, and based on a recommendation, we contacted these guys. We were lucky they were available, as they usually have a lot of work. Initially, we only planned to repair the roof (8 weeks to change all soffits), but by the end of the third month, we had new soffits installed, a room built under the garage and a concrete staircase, relaxation area with planters by the pool, new pool lights, renovated master bedroom and even more. Yes they have a lot of staff. The concrete staircase to the new room they built in a limited space deserves special mention – it was a complex project, but they did an excellent job, with the proper slope to ensure no water would accumulate. Some works was carried out at a great height, which is quite challenging, especially on the island, where few are willing to take on such tasks. These guys are true professionals. They have an impressive array of specialized tools that no one else on Samui can match. It’s sometimes difficult to work with local staff, but Chris and Cal speak Thai well enough to organize the entire process smoothly. Surely there was few incidents, but whats impressive is that If their workers break something, they always fix or replace. It can be hard to catch the team for a job since they have many projects across the island, but the results are definitely worth it.

We recently had our pool repaired by Chris and his team due to a leak, and it looks fantastic. They completely overhauled the pool, handling sealing, waterproofing, rendering, and retiling with great skill. Chris's professionalism stood out throughout the process—he was always on time, maintained a tidy work area, and communicated every step clearly.
The quality of the work is truly outstanding, and I highly recommend Chris for any pool repairs or renovations. You won’t be disappointed!
They have done several projects for me and are always the first company I call for concrete work. I have done a concrete pool with them, a large outdoor terrace that needed exact leveling for tiling, a retaining wall, and are now completing a technically challenging front driveway (involving 5 different slopes) and parking pad now. They are price competitive and easily at the highest end of the quality scale here on the island. Easy to work with (speak English and Thai) and use all the correct modern tools to get the details and finishes right.

Chris and his team are very very meticulous guys doing great concrete jobs. Their specialty is swimming pools decorated with exposed aggregate pool finishes like PebbleCrete. Final results are gorgeous, made extremely fast, reliable and inexpensive. Would go with them into another project any day.
