Designed and built around the incredible 200m2 open plan living area, this property has a breathtaking vista of Bangrak and the airport made possible by constructing the first floor slab using post-tension construction methods.

This type of slab construction allowed for a 13.5m long opening onto the pool terrace, and huge living area with 2 main central columns.

This property boasts four floors of living space totalling more than 800m2, cut into the hillside with solid concrete retaining walls forming the rear of the house, and supported by foundations over 3m deep.

All floor slabs and beam concrete was placed using a boom pump to provide enough time to power trowel the floors; no floor level screeds required and tiles can be laid straight on the concrete, saving significant time and money. Walls are monolithic render using pump sprayers and machine troweled, with control joints following structural design.
