Mountain Hideaway Pool

The design brief was to build a wheelchair accessible pool with incredible illumination on top of a 4m boulder retaining wall. We’ve turned this strip of hedgerow and the rock face wall into almost 100m2 of usable area: Pebble pool and flagstone beauty.

As with the property, the pool is completely hidden from view by the surrounding jungle and has a spectacular vista of the southern islands.

Engineered for wheelchair access; the curved ramp section is monolithic construction and was formed so well that no render was required to finish the curve, with waterproofing and Pebble applied straight to the concrete.

Pool filtration by Salt Chlorination, with auto-dosing pH controller, and jacuzzi system supplied and installed by Greenhouse Engineering.
