This property was purchased by an unsuspecting customer, and has become our go-to case study for poor construction and the work required to rectify the problems typically encountered here.

Poor casting allowed the steel reinforcement bars to be exposed to air causing them to rust and expand, popping apart the concrete columns and beams that supported the house and pool.

The problem had been discovered long ago and a temporary steel cage built to hold the crumbing structure. After many years in this condition the time had elapsed for safe repair and the pool structure was in danger of collapse.

The failed structure was completely demolished down to the original foundations and a new, specifically designed pool structure was built which assists in bracing the original structure of the house.

Having breathed new life into the property, construction of additional bedrooms, complete renovation of the house, and a Cobblestone pattern concrete driveway
